Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Nancy Hébert as part of her Reiki and PSYCH-K® sessions, whether online or in person.

By making a reservation, you fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Types of support

The support services offered are focused on well-being and personal development. They are in no way intended to replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

It is up to each customer to consult a qualified healthcare professional if necessary.

3. Reservation

Reservations are made online through the appointment scheduling platform. The reservation is considered confirmed once the selected time slot has been confirmed.

4. Rates

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. Nancy Hébert reserves the right to change her rates at any time. The rate applied is the one in effect at the time of booking.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

All booked sessions are due for payment.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the session may be considered as having been used.

7. Session Schedule

Sessions are held online or in person, depending on availability and travel arrangements. The client agrees to be available at the agreed-upon time. In the event of a delay, the session may be shortened.

8. Liability

Nancy Hébert supports each client with kindness and professionalism. However, she cannot guarantee specific results and cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the client following the sessions.

9. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data collected (name, email address, and information provided voluntarily) is used solely for the purposes of communication and support.

In accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for residents of the European Union and applicable Canadian privacy laws, you have the following rights:

  • Request a correction

  • Request their removal

  • Object to their processing

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law applicable in the service provider’s place of residence.
